The feeder system is equipped with an electricity box,check the connecting marks for every section, and connect every part according to the marks to get them energized.
The feeding system and gluing roller are both equipped with transducer to control the speed, the parameters was set, please don’t change them.

Setting and testing
A.Do not turn on the hitting system during testing, if necessary; make sure the glue tank is filled with clean water.
B.Adjust the 6 suction pipes in the feeding system, when only 3 suction pipes need to work, turn off 2 of them, and leave the other 4 on.
C.Adjust the Vacuum pump; keep the air pressure within45-50.
D.Stop the suction before turning off the machine, clean the roller and the glue pump.
E.The machine has been set well before shipping; do not change the machine without consulting our engineer.
